House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff threatened to subpoena Robert Mueller to testify during his Sunday interview on ABC.

Mueller told reporters on Thursday at his press conference that his work was finished and he would not testify before Congress.
This was after he read off his Andrew Weissmann memo and turned the American judicial system upside-down by demanding President Trump to prove his innocence in the ongoing deep state witch hunt.
Schiff added: “I hope Bob Mueller will understand” that “he has a final duty here to perform, like any other witness.”

It is unlikely Schiff is serious here. He knows Mueller was a placeholder and would fall apart under questioning in front of Congress.
